We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  We are NOT open on weekends.

We utilize a network of distributors who fulfill and drop ship your orders to save you time and money.  If you place your order after their cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.

We try our very best to keep everything in stock all the time, but on rare occasions we may overlook an item that is not available from our distributors. If this occurs, we will inform you immediately and issue you a FULL refund. Please accept our apologizes if this happens!

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. Your orders are processed very quickly and sent to our network of distributors. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change. You will then need to start a Return after you receive the order and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Amazon Pay, and Venmo.

All pricing on is shown in US Dollars. Please keep exchange rates in mind when placing an order.

Images are used as reference only and colors/textures may vary between the actual product and what is displayed on your monitor due to the variations on each person's computer monitors.

eClassics Shipping Update:  All major shipper carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, are experiencing heavy volume and may require more time to delivered. Carriers are no longer guaranteeing delivery dates. This includes expedited shipping options. In certain cases, Tracking Information from the carriers are unreliable or missing completely. We ask that you be patient with any shipped orders during this time.  

During checkout, you’ll see the cost based on the shipping option you’ve selected.

Expedited shipping options are available and shown at checkout. Please note: FedEx 2Day and UPS 2nd Day Air do not include Saturdays or Sundays. For example: A 2-day shipping order placed on a Wednesday evening will be shipped out Thursday morning and received on Monday by 8pm. Same day shipping cut-off time is 2pm EST / 11am PST.

Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders with product value total over $75 (before tax, shipping and handling amounts). Applies to US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Excludes PO Box shipping addresses.

Large or bulky items may include an oversize handling fee of $9.99 and will be included in shipping cost.

Truck freight orders do not qualify for Free Shipping offer.

International Orders:  Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Items returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address provided may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Special order and marked clearance items are non-returnable.

No restocking fee will apply to returns within the 60 day period. Returns after 60 days will incur a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the final refund total. Returns after one year will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded.

Items found to be defective within the 60 day period will be provided a pre-paid return label by


Go to the My Account page and locate Orders.  Click on "Return Items?" and follow the prompts to receive a return approval.


Manufacturer warrants to Customer for one (1) year from the date of purchase, that such Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Manufacturer’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is to replace the affected Product.

Any defective or nonconforming Product will be shipped to or Manufacturer with freight and insurance prepaid by Customer.

Any returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase receipt.

Replacement Products will be warranted as set forth above.

Manufacturer shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from Product defects including any expenses incurred for labor and/or service charges.

Warranty is void if Product has been misused, modified or altered by Customer.

Only the original Purchaser is extended this warranty and cannot be transferred to another party.
