How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email is sent out the evening your order is shipping with a tracking number link. If you did not receive the email, please sign into your eClassics.com Account on our website. Click Order tab and find your order number. Click the order link to see order details and scroll down to find tracking number.
How do I return a purchased item?
Sign into your eClassics.com Account. Click the Order tab and find the order with the item(s) you'd like to return. You will see 'Return Items?' underneath the Shipped status on the right hand side. Click this link and fill out the New Return Form. We will respond to you in 1 to 2 business days.

When can I expect my package to arrive?
Expect packages to arrive 2-3 business days (West Coast) and 4-5 business days (East Coast). International orders range from 1 to 3 weeks depending on selected shipping method. Orders ship out M-F (except on holidays). Same day shipping cut-off time is 11am PST.
Where is my package?
Sometimes shipping carriers miss an initial scan of your package. This will cause your tracking to be stuck at the 'Label Created' stage. Please note that we do not update the Order Status to 'Shipped' unless the package was physically picked up by the shipping carrier. 95% of the time the package is still in transit to the destination despite the lack of updates. Please be patient.
If your tracking shows as delivered, but you cannot find your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Contact us if they are unable to assist you, and we will start a claim on the missing package.
Can I place an order outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs can be calculated on our Cart page. Please note that these costs do not include any custom taxes, duties, or fees.
Why isn't there a phone number listed?
To save on time and costs, we decided to do away with traditional phone call inquiries and focus on email as the primary method of correspondence. Communicating through email allows us to be more efficient in assisting your customer experience.
